If group campaign emails are not sending, go to CCP and click on "Group Settings" then click on the "General" tab and find the "group email setting" and make sure that both both check boxes for push and email are selected.
Follow the steps below to get to these settings.
1. Login to CCP at http://ccp.mobileappsuite.com
2. Go to the "Group Settings"
3. Click on the "General Tab
4. Look for the "Group Email Settings" a d make sure both check boxes for push and email are selected and make sure an active email is programed under "Group Email"
