If you are unable to log into the customer care portal you can always reset your password by visiting ccp.mobileappsuite.com and clicking "Forgot Password".
If you are still having issues then you can always use the chat tool at the bottom of the page, open up a ticket or contact your local rep.
NOTE: You are able to log into your application using the username/password that you were provided for the customer care portal. If you do this then changing your password from the app will also change your password for the Customer Care Portal.
