
If an order fails because of the following error Unable to find MaitreD menu item connection, the wrong menu item/modifier is selected in CCP, or the menu item/modifier is disabled in the POS.
The first thing you should do when an order fails for this reason is check the menu items from the order that failed, after you check the menu items check the modifiers that were in the order that failed and check them from the menu manager module.
To make sure you have the correct menu item/ modifier selected follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to Online Ordering under Control Panel.

Step 2: Click on POS Menu Connection.

Step 3: Make sure all items are linked correctly.
