Failed Order Error: Cash Tender ID undefined

If you receive a failed order with the error Cash Tender ID Undefined, follow the steps below to fix the error. 

Step 1. Go to Menu under Control Panel. 

Step 2. Click on POS Ordering Settings

Step 3. Look for the Cash Tender ID and make to select sure an option. (see image below).
