Deducting/Re-Filling a Gift Card through Loyalty Manager

To Deduct Money from a gift card in Loyalty Manager:

Step 1: Locate the card and click on the number to open its properties

Step 2: Click the deduct button in the middle

Step 3: Under “Amount Deduct,” enter the amount you want to deduct from the card

Step 4: Click “Done” to complete the transaction

Step 5: Enter in the Server Code and click “Confirm”

Step 6: A window will pop up to confirm the amount has been successfully deducted

To refill a gift card in Loyalty Manager:

Step 1: Locate the card and click on the number to open its properties

Step 2: Enter the amount you want to refill to the card

Step 3: Choose to refill with Credit Card or Cash

Step 4: Click “Done” after entering in the information to complete the transaction

Step 5: Enter in the Server Code and click “Confirm”

Step 6: A window will pop up to confirm the amount has been successfully refilled
