This video will show you how to add a new member to your program through our Loyalty Manager.

Step 1: Locate the Users tab

Step 2: Optional - The Credit Card Info tab allows you to link a customer’s credit card to their account

Step 3: Click User Info.  Email and Phone number are both required.  Fill out all needed information

Step 3: Click Submit at the bottom

Step 4: A popup will allow you to choose the method you want to use to notify the customer

Step 5: Once the code is entered to authorize the transaction, the page will reload to the customer’s profile page

Step 6: The customer’s will be notified of their new account by email or text
