Module located: Business => Marketing => Premade Messages
The pre-made messages are used in AppSuite's Loyalty Manager to quickly respond to customers on the status of their orders.
To access this module locate the business. Then go to Marketing => Premade Messages Module
Click the green button to create a new message
Here you can manage the content for the pre-made message for your site.
Title - The name of this pre-built message, used for quick references of which message you will send.
Message - The contents of the message that will be sent to the customer.
