If you are looking to earn points only on certain menu items you can do so from within CCP.
Appsuite allows you to earn points based on any Major Group, Family Group, or sales itemizers within Micros. Between these three groups, you will be able to segment your menu into groups you wish to earn points on.
Once you understand the groups, make sure to take note of their system ID's.
Then you can follow these steps:
1) Log into the Customer Care Portal
2) Navigate to your intended business
3) Select Online Ordering from the Control Panel
4) Select the Micros Menu Groups button and configure your settings.
