- eCard (previously called eWallet)
- Stored Value Card

eCard is such a card that may be purchased for current user only and may not be gifted. If enabled, it may be sold at web app 2.0 at home page or from sidebar menu. Option is called "Buy an E-Wallet card" or "Buy Ewallet".
Configuration: CCP -> Control Panel -> Gift Cards -> Gift Card Types -> Select Type -> Edit -> Select "eCard enabled"
**Sidenote: eGift and eCard are not default system types and should be created manually during onboarding process. If you don't see such types configured, please refer to helpdesk with configuration request.
Stored Value Card is such a card that may be used to for cashback accumulation and/or may be re-filled manually. Stored value cashback can be configured based on referral program and/or status levels.
What is stored value referral program? Referral program allows user (referrer) to receive a cashback that equals to fraction of money spent by user they invited (referee).
Configuration: CCP -> Group Settings -> General -> Stored Value Settings
- Tier Types: People Referred.
- Count Referrals rule is configured as follows: if you referred N users or more, you can accumulate up to CAP value of $ on your account, where N is Count Referrals.
- Parent Rollup Ratio: percentage of money spent by current user referees that being received in a form of cashback
- Self Rollup Ration: percentage: percentage of money spent by current user that being received in a form of cashback
Configuration of stored value cards (by People Referred) may look something like this:
What is stored value: cashback by status? It is the same as in referral program but in this case CAP is defined by your status level and not by how many people you referred.
Configuration: CCP -> Group Settings -> General -> Stored Value Settings
- Tier Types: Status Level.
- Count Referrals rule is configured as follows: if your status level is X, you can accumulate up to CAP value of $ on your account, where X is title of your status level, i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.
- Parent Rollup Ratio: percentage of money spent by current user referees that being received in a form of cashback
- Self Rollup Ration: percentage: percentage of money spent by current user that being received in a form of cashback
Configuration of stored value cards (by Status) may look something like this:
Stored Value Cards configuration is flexible enough to bluntly add a set percentage of money spent to users when they referred 0 people, meaning it's a way to give a cashback to everyone who is participating in your loyalty program.
Core concepts of stored value cards:
- Cap is not max amount of money that can be accumulated, it's max amount of money that can be on stored value card at a point of time. For example if user, let's name her Alice, has cap = 5, then she's able to accumulate 5 dollars, spent 5 dollars and then accumulate 5 dollars again. If she has 5 dollars on card and places another order, no cashback will be accumulated, until she redeems her card.
- Cashback is based on order subtotal and does not include tips and tax for calculation, but does include discounts applied.
- If you cannot see this section in CCP General Settings whatsoever, please contact our helpdesk for help.
