On Simphony

  1. Click the Delivery button
  2. You will need to look up the member who is calling in. If you have a Caller ID box, this will happen automatically.
  3. If looking up the member manually, select the member from the list
  4. The list of member’s addresses will pop up. You can select an address from the list or enter a new one.
  5. You can edit any details you need to
  6. Click Save
  7. A window will pop up to confirm their delivery address
  8. Click Yes to link it to the check
  9. The member ID, address ID and Appsuite Order ID will appear on the check, these can all be hidden from the customer’s copy
  10. Click the Get Drivers button to locate any drivers working and checked in to the delivery zone
  11. Select the needed driver, and they will be added to the check

Driver App

  1. The driver will click Add Trip to start a new trip
  2. Click View under the current trip to view orders
  3. Check of the orders and click Add To Trip at the bottom of the screen
  4. Click Map View to see the orders on the map and the order in which they will be delivered
  5. Click Reorder to change the order of the destinations
  6. When ready click Start and the driver status will be changed to “In Route”
  7. To get directions, click Get Directions and choose the map service
  8. Once the order has been delivered, click Next Order to update the status of the order as delivered
  9. Continue the process until the end of the trip
  10. The last order will always be the restaurant the driver returns back to
  11. When the driver changes to that order, the status of the driver will change to “Returning”
  12. Once complete click Finish and the driver status will become “Available” again
