If you receive a message on your Micros server or workstations that says "Appsuite service not available", this can be a very simple fix. Below are the steps, as well as a video. The steps are performed on your POS:
Highlight appropriate Appsuite service
Select “Restart the service”
Appsuite services can include AppSuite Order Manager for online ordering and/or AppSuite Service for loyalty and gift.
