How To Monitor Survey Activity

On the survey module of the activity monitor there is a complete list of all surveys that have been sent out, including information such as:

  • Member: Name of the customer who received the survey
  • Status: This shows the status of the survey (completed, pending, rejected or in-progress)
  • Rating:The overall average rating for number based surveys that are completed. If the survey is not rated using numbers N/A will appear in the column
  • Flag: Will display positive or negative based on completed survey ratings 
  • Initiated:Time and date the survey was sent out or initiated
  • Sever Number:I.D number of the sever assigned to the survey customers dining experience 
  • Check Number: The number given to the customers check during that dining experience
